- October 12

The 2025 Hangeul International Pre-Biennale is a prelude to the 2027 Biennale.
This exhibition showcases the philosophy behind Hangeul, along with the dynamic rebirth of a historic city and its spaces as art. Buildings from the early modern era, letters carefully formulated for the people, and art that revives them all. The goal is to convey the power of Hangeul to bridge the world each step of the way.

This event brings together efforts to reawaken and rediscover Hanguel,
a writing system purposely designed for its users,
in the city and as art as it heads into the future.
We invite you to the beginning of this journey.
